Orlando

Our Lovely Villa – Home from Home!

Hi Everyone and A Warm Welcome!

First of all I would like to wish everyone A Happy and Prosperous New Year! and I truly hope that you all a have a fantastic year and make 2012 your best ever online.

As this is my first post for 2012 I thought I would start the year off by sharing with you a little of what I got up to while on my recent vacation in Orlando over Christmas & New Year.

Evette and I had a truly wonderful time, the vacation was made more special as I managed to meet up with the wonderful Kathy Dobson a fellow Learn With Sally  Student from across the great pond!

My apologies for my absense so far this year, it’s taken me a few weeks to get back into the swing of things what with one thing and another. On my return I discovered that most of my garden fencing had been destroyed due to recent strong winds while I was away, so I had that to put right and I have had to complete some websites for clients in my offline work. Plus get over the Jet-Lag which for some reason has taken longer this time round! Evette say’s it’s now down to my age! Hmm! :) Read the rest of this entry

Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year from Orlando!

christmasHi Everyone and Welcome!

It’s coming up to my favourite time of the year!

I simply love the Merriment, excitement and the joyfulness of the whole Christmas Spirit. If only it could be like this all the time! I don’t mean the presents (Well only if you want too!) but the way people are with each other; the world would be a better place! ;)

And even though my own children are all grown up now, Evette and I get to enjoy the excitement and the shrieks of delight from our Grand-Children (whom by the way we spoil rotten at this time of the year!)

So what has 2011 been like for me? I have to say it’s been amazing both from a personal and business point of view.

On the personal side my Father has made a full recovery from Prostate Cancer, and was given the all clear and even though he has recently come out of Hospital following a stroke he has made tremendous progress over the previous year. I am hoping 2012 will see him make even better strides towards improved health.

And my Son made us Grand Parents for the 3rd time! With the birth of our second Grand-Daughter … “Faith”

On the business side I am very pleased with the way things have gone for me this year; I launched two new websites and I am very pleased with the way things are progressing and I have started to make sales from my PLR sites which has pleased me. Even though the sales are still on the small side I know this will improve next year with the plans that are underway. Read the rest of this entry

Ok; on to Part 6:  “The Big Marketing Book Strategy, Podcasting PLR for Profit and Offline Lead Generation”

The Big Marketing Book Strategy

If you recall from the last chapter (Part 5) I briefly talked about combining e-books to make them bigger, and raising the bar higher buy creating a mega-product … 3 e-books into one big e-book!

What I mean by BIG e-books 100+ pages) these have a higher perceived value and with that you can usually charge a premium price to your customers. With PLR products, the task becomes a walk in the park.

For example, let us say you get your hands on some PLR e-books related to the personal development niche. Some topics include the holistic approach, meditation and yoga. Since these topics are somewhat related, why not turn it into the “Big book of well-being” get the idea? Read the rest of this entry

Peggy BaronHi All, Welcome and thanks for visiting;

Boy! Am I excited and nervous at the same time! Just felt my pulse; it’s not racing yet … but I know it will  :)

As many of you know I am currently a student in the “Learn With Sally” Coaching Program and part of the course involves Interviewing an Expert.

Now I knew from the very beginning of the course that this module was coming up so I set about thinking who could I possibly interview?

Always keeping in mind that I also have to create a product from the interview!

Actually in the beginning my mind was racing and I thought of a few experts that I wanted to interview. However once I really sat down and thought about it my choice started to become a lot clearer. Ever since I started out online a few years ago I have always had this passion for PLR and as I am running my own PLR series of posts and PLR Video Series that had to be the area I wanted my chosen expert to be in.

I have online relationships with a few people in this area and many are considered experts, but one person instantly came to mind whose products I have used and can say from experience is top quality every time.

So I contacted the person in question and asked if she would be willing to let me Interview her over Skype. You can not imagine the delight and excitement I felt when I received the reply “YES”  :)

So my first ever Skype Interview …. Read the rest of this entry
