Journey to Success Part I
How many times have you heard this response?
“Passion, I haven’t got the foggiest what I am passionate about”! How do I find it and when do I know I’ve got it?
This has been all of us at some point in our lives, there are plenty of suggestions and advice out there about how to find your passion, but when you think you have found it, you still get that feeling that gnaws at you …. “Doubt”
I was in this position a few years ago; I felt the self-doubt of not truly knowing what I wanted to do or what I really cared about and to be honest it left me feeling pretty down and low inside.
I had always had this desire to have my own online business but where to start? The Passion that I initially felt was being overtaken by frustration and disappointment; it was really getting me down.
That was when I discovered “The Internet Marketing Class” over the next 6 months the course focused on PLR, Resell Rights products, information Products, and Internet Marketing. I was blown away my passion was once again soaring …. “Passionate Focussed Thinking”
If you are at the beginning your online venture and you’re not sure what to do I suggest you make a list of the things that interest you, look at how you spend your time, what you’re passionate about. List them in order from 1 to 10 take the top 5 and do some research on them.
Visit Google and type in your interest, how you spend your time, passion, and you can also search for Blogs in your interest, Join in the conversations and see if others have your same passion as you and have started an online presence from them.
Try not to think too hard about it, constant focus on finding your passion puts too much emphasis on the act of finding your passion itself rather than letting your mind simply float towards your areas of interest.
Make notes on what you discover while searching online, and you may be pleasantly surprised to discover you have found your passion are you focussed?
So what are your thoughts?
Is it impossible to find your Passion?
Do you think you’ll find it too late to do anything about it?

Hi Ian,
Great post. There are times for all of us, I would say, when passion eludes us and it takes someone or something to light that spark again. And I truly believe it is never too late to do something.
Enjoy the journey.

Hi Mandy
Thanks for your comment.
This is the most crucial factor when deciding to start a business. Passion is the fire that fuels all of us to make a difference in this world, creating a business or venture from a simple idea .. its the passion thats feeds it.
Passion is what makes people get out of bed in the morning and face each day. When thinking of an idea, passion should be number one on the priority list.
(Enjoying the Journey!)

Hi Ian, I couldn’t have put it better myself
People do need to find a passion, but when we use the word passion most men think of young blondes with big …hips.
Passion comes from all sorts of activities as well, football (or soccer for our US friends) for example creates loads of passion for the supports.
Hobbies can lead to passions, all it takes is some focus and drive. The fact that you can read this means you can get online so you have all the tools you need to research your hobbies and find the things that light your passions.
Cheers Ian,
Barry

Hi Barry
Thanks for your comment, as always nice to hear from you.
I agree Passion can present itself from various aspects and activities of life, and I believe that each and every one of us has a unique gift to share with the world.
Something which really excites us and is central to who we are and tapping into that unique gift is the key to your “niche Marketing Strategy” and is also the key to living your Passion.

Hi Ian,
I like your post. It gives people direction on finding their passion.
It’s not impossible to find your passion at all. One of the gifts about being human is that we have likes and dislikes and we can be good at anything we are passionate about.
It’s never too late to find your passion. It’s too late when your dead, but as long as you are alive you can always find that one thing or things that will fuel you.

Hi Ian
Somewhere deep inside us, we all have a passion even if it is not obvious at the time.
You know you have found your passion when you can stop talking about it to your family and friends, when you spend hours surfing the net for that special subject, or when you keep coming back to that subject even if you don’t think it is worth it.
I am glad you have found yours.
Best wishes.

Hi Ian,
Great Post…
Finding your passion yes this is true enough but where you are in life can play an impact on this role as well.
Different life cycles such as age, family, work load and financial commitments can play a big role on how well we do with this passion.
Staying focused on the work at hand such as the Masterclass can be a big task for all of the students. Passion and commitment is what it takes to complete the course.
Will I have enough passion and commitment to complete Johns Masterclass course only time will tell. Yes he is a great teacher but am I good student.

During my early 20s, I’ve experienced that struggle of discovering my passion. I actually consider that once I know something, I’m already passionate about it. Maybe others’ opinions affect my point of view too. Now that I’m in my mid 20, I could finally say that I’ve already discovered my passion. The good thing about is that my passion is still related to my desired profession. I’m so happy with that.
